Drill Pipe Slips Type B

This drill pipe slip type B is well received in North America and South America. According to the contact length of the insert and the pipe, this pipe gripping equipment can be divided into B short series, B long series and Xlong series, which are used for drilling well with the maximum depth of 8,000ft., 18,000ft., and 28,500ft., respectively.

The slot of the insert is capable of transmitting torque. So the torque will be transmitted to the slip body directly, which effectively prevent the slot of the insert from wearing out. Additionally, the service life of the drill pipe slip is extended. Similarly, the slip body can be equipped with different insert for the operation on different pips (please refer to Technical Parameters for details).
