The casting technology is one of the outstanding advantages possessed by our company. With more than 40 years’ experience in the production and management of steel casting, currently, our casting workshop has been expanded with the floor area of 40,000 square meters. There are 160 employees in the workshop, including 4 senior engineers. We have more than 70 sets of advanced equipment used in the workshop, like 0.5-ton and 1.5-ton medium frequency furnace, short blasting machine, normalizing machine, etc.

In recently years, we continuously increase the investment in technology improvement, introduce professional casting talents and enhance cooperation with institute of technology. With advanced casting technology, we have dedicated production line for regular quartz sand casting, alkaline phenolic sand casting, and precise Ludox casting. The product manufactured is for self-use in the process of producing other products. Additionally, we have been supplying various kinds of rough casting, semi-finished casting and finished casting used at mining, ship yard and railway to the customers home and abroad, like Caterpillar and Cascade.
