Hydraulic Make and Break Unit

Hydraulic make and break unit is specially designed for make-up, break-out and repair operations of threaded connections on oilfield tubular components, like drill tools, drill pipe, and drilling rigs. It can perform the makeup and breakout operations for connections of 23/8″～22″ and ordinary threaded connections. A torque control system can be equipped to display the torque graph, making it suitable for makeup operations with large torque.

    2. Hydraulic Make and Break Unit (360º rotation)This make and break unit adopts cylinder clamping and the continuous rotation is driven by hydraulic motor. It clamps once during one make-up process, leaving one gripping mark on the surface of the pipe.
